Return and exchange policy

RETURNS

You may return the UNWORN goods purchased from uggbootslove.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you.

Please contact us at service@uggbootslove.com for the returning address, which is different from the address on the parcel we send to you.

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. Please understand the original shipping fee is not refundable. Because of the own characteristics of our merchandise, a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are only acceptable when the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, not for every order or for wrong size. All items can only be exchanged for replacements at the equal price, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Email us firstly for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns are unacceptable. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.

RETURN GUIDELINE

The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your interests, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. Please attach a note with the following information:

1. Your Order Number

2. Product Code/Product Name

3. Details of the reason for your return

4. A refund or replacement as the solution

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@uggbootslove.com ASAP. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it free of charge. If your order has been packed well and you still want to cancel it, we are afraid a 5% packing fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it.
